In response to Don and Donna Yuse "Letter To The Editor" in two local Geauga newspapers (1-5-12), attacking my credibility, character, and my support of Ralph Spidalieri, I must say it is quite hypocritical with many inaccuracies.
Don and Donna Yuse are the ones not credible. Just do a records or docket search at the Lake and Geauga County Common Pleas Court sites and Chardon Municipal Court. Both are defendants in a litany of lawsuits from 1991 thru 2010, having judgment liens against them from many different sources such as a doctor, insurance company, bank, Western Reserve Farm Co Op, a garbage disposal company, and last but not least a judgment lien from the Ohio Department of Taxation for non payment.
Click on the links below, type in last name (Yuse), then click on "search" underneath.
For them to attack MY credibility with the long, chronic bad history such as theirs is quite laughable.
Their letter is very repetitious and similar to one they wrote about me when I exposed Colleen O’Toole during her campaign for espousing Marxist theories and stating the Constitution is a living document that changes with time.
Don and Donna Yuse are friends of Colleen O'Toole and also Mary Samide. They are the attack dogs these two liberals bring out when they need to discredit someone. Donna Yuse used to work for Geauga County but I don't think she lasted long. I'm not sure if Mary Samide hired her or helped her get hired but I know they have been friends from way back then.
The only problem is, Don and Donna need to clean up their own house and get the facts straight. I have never met these people and they know nothing about me.
Don and Donna's portrayal of Mr. Spidialeri’s business loan by the county as “a dubious financial record of massive debt , with a loan of more than $450,000” is funny. Commissioner Mary Samide was first to motion that it be approved! Did Mary use unsound judgment in approving "a dubious loan"? Ha! Did Mary not check Mr. Spidalieri’s financial history? Of course she did, and he must have passed with flying colors! After the Commissioners approved Mr. Spidialeri's business loan, I believe Mary and the others congratulated and thanked him for bringing more business and jobs into Geauga.... and now she has friends writing about this in a derogatory way (because she knows SHE can't for ethical reasons) trying to use it against Mr. Spidialeri, but it won't work, as not a thing is wrong with this. This is just one of many reflections of the kind of person Mary Samide is.... wouldn't want to hang around with her!
The Yuse’s also state the commissioners have kept the county in the black. More false information.
County Administrator David Lair delivered the message to commissioners and department heads, that despite several budget moves, including staff cuts and wage freezes, over the last two years, Geauga County faces a deficit of $1.3 million for 2011.
Are lies being told to make Mary Samide look good because it is election time? Are the books being manipulated because of election time?
I think the Yuse’s support of Mary Samide is more of a detriment to her. She should associate with people more credible.
As far as I am concerned, any comments Don and Donna Yuse write, are Yuse Less.
The Guard has to be changed in the commissioners office. Goodbye Mary!
