To Stay In Cleveland
With A Song
SIDE AFFECTS: Painful and disgusting to watch....even embarrassing with temporary redness of face. Not to be viewed close to meal time, you may experience severe stomach spasms and nausea.
Please stay LeBron!... Lyrics to song:
There comes a time, when a decision must be made Will the King, move on or will he stay? We're helplessly waiting, as we hold our breath in fear. Should we renew, our tickets for next year? Please stay LeBron, We really need you No bigger market's gonna love you half as much as we do It's a choice you're making, will you go or will you stay.... What will we do with that big sign, if you move away? Just tell us King, what changes we must make, We'll rename every street 'LeBron' if that's what it takes.... New York's overcrowded, Those people are unbearable, And don't forget, the Knicks and Nets are terrible.... Please stay LeBron, we really need you, No bigger market's gonna love you half as much as we do...
Aren't all the people in the video, of so called stature and importance, embarrassed to be seen in this ....obviously not!
This is NO different than groveling in front of a king.
The city of Cleveland has been plundered by the politicians for decades, it has little left to give. Corruption continues to abound there. Families have left Cleveland in droves because of all the economic, safety, and other issues, creating a drastic decline in population. Business is suffering there also.
So now it seems one of the last big hopes for keeping the city afloat is "King Lebron James"? This is not only sad but a sign of just what bad shape Cleveland is in, for people of that stature and notoriety to have resorted to that low of a nauseating level, thinking it is going to help save the city!
When ANY city has that degree of dependency on any ONE athlete or even a team for their economic survival, they are in big trouble, have been for some time, and are grasping at straws.
I would be surprised to see Cleveland EVER return to what it once was no matter how much money they throw at it.
THERE IS AN EVEN BIGGER ISSUE HERE!
The media and other well known figures have elevated Lebron to the status of King, of deity...GOD like, the "Chosen One". That is one thing, you can't control what the media says, but Lebron relishes this GOD like adoration of him and wears it proudly. In the following picture, look what he had tattooed on his back:
THIS IS BLASPHEMOUS!
GOD has seen fit to bless this man with a set of special and unique gifts that have enabled him to stand out amongst others in the sport of basketball, giving him fame and fortune.
Maybe Lebron has forgotten where all of this came from because I don't see any humbleness with him giving the credit and glory to the ONE and ONLY GOD, who without having given these gifts to Lebron, he would still be a poor little ghetto boy that no one would look twice at.
It is apparent all of this has gone to Lebrons' head. His pridefullness and ego, as shown by the tattoo on his back, will be his downfall. There is an old saying: "Pride commeth before the fall"....What the LORD hath given, the LORD can taketh away.
I know of only ONE "Chosen One" and that is Jesus Christ....not Lebron James.
Although I will admit, Lebron James IS the King....
KING OF FOOLS!!.......
and all of those fools are practicing IDOLATRY. This is what our country is degenerating to. The fools are running the ship.
If Lebron left today....I don't care, good riddance....I would not want him as a role model for my children.... we are losing our country and freedom at a rapid pace and MORONS are spending all this time and energy on THAT "Hoopster" instead of preserving their freedoms?!
This is too reminicent of the Roman Empire....'Give them bread and circuses and they will never revolt'....
Coined by the Roman poet Juvenal in the first Century in his Satires lamenting the continuing slide of his former Roman Republic into dictatorship.
The term refers to entertainment or offerings intended to foil discontent or distract attention from a situation. In ancient Rome, bread and circuses were used to keep the underprivileged poor people quiet.
