The Herd Mentality Of Government
The Survival Mentality Of Government
Usually tough times and duress have a way of bringing out the best qualities in people, especially innovation and creativity.
Have you ever noticed how when government agencies or school boards are in a tight spot and panic because they have squandered, mismanaged, or stolen money, that they come up with some of their best and most creative ideas ever?! Yes....they tax the people more!
This is brilliant of them and they should be applauded!
In most cases the sheeple go along with this scheme over and over buying into the they are given as to why they need to pay more taxes.
The politicians never think of looking to themselves and downsizing or eliminating unnecessary departments or socialist departments that were created un-constitutionally. Instead, these money grabbers just want to tax more.
You see, most politicians also have a herd mentality. They see one guy get away with it so they do it too. Their way of staying fiscally responsible is......
Fearfull if they eliminate unnecessary departments or downsize, they won't get as much money to play with from the state, feds, or county commisioners, not to mention the terrifying thought of laying people off. This might make people mad and whittle down their voting base.
Don't forget, all the people that are hired in the various departments, their family and friends, are all part of a huge voting base for elected officials.
The sad truth is, with most politicians, it's all about them....not the community they are supposed to serve.
It's all about their ego, popularity, income, retirement plan, benefits, perks, control, power.
Most of them could not run a small business successfully as they have no business sense, yet they seek election to an office where they are responsible for managing everything a small business owner would manage, except for one thing, they are using our tax money!!
No small business could survive with a tax and spend mentality and neither can we!
