Chester Township Trustee Ken Radtke is a Statesman, not a politician. He is a good family man and this township and county is very blessed and fortunate to have him serving as our Trustee.
Ken is not a personal friend and we don’t agree on many issues, but he respects everyone and their opinions. His agenda is to serve the community, that’s it. And most importantly, Ken Radkte upholds and defends the U.S. Constitution. I'm so proud of him and grateful that I voted for him.
Judy Caputo and Mike Joyce, in my opinion, are snakes. The legislative and financial damage they have done to Chester Township will be felt for many years to come. They have no respect for the U.S. Constitution and have sold the soul of our Township for a few grant dollars.
Additionally, without discussion, or the consideration of residents, they gave our rights away to the land we as taxpayers overpaid for, the 85 acre "park". And just as bad, they have no respect for freedom of speech, unless of course, Caputo brings in one of her neighbors to voice her opinions.
Mike Joyce initially won me over when he promoted himself using his volunteer affiliations, but now that I have gotten to know him and observe his abysmal performance as trustee, I would never vote for him again. Mike Joyce is so bad, he makes former Spellman era Trustee Pat Mula almost look good!
A Chester Township employee shared with me that Judy Caputo is “so paranoid”; they have to report every time Trustee Ken Radkte, a township employee or resident comes into Town Hall. She micro manages using fear and intimidation and truly could be an honor graduate of the Cuyahoga County School of dirty politics, the Jimmy Dimora Frank Russo Academy.
Local historians have written that Chester Township was the last area of Geauga County to be settled because there were so many dangerous snakes in this part of the region. Two hundred plus years later, we still have snakes in Chester Township, Trustees Caputo and Joyce.
